Rework is an interesting topic in the contract management of construction projects. An effective way improving performance on projects to manage rework. However, managing rework challenging because dynamic nature activities. A rational starting point identification root causes then a framework for its can be developed performance. This paper reviews rework-related studies industry through critical review literature investigate main contracts. content analysis previously proposed classification methods revealed that all could grouped under various project stages.
